Two chambers, 28ml each

The 56ml total is split evenly, so each side carries the same share and neither runs dry long before the other. Even splitting is what makes a two-position control worth having.

Each chamber has its own wick and its own feed, so a strong profile on one side does not migrate into the other. That separation is the point of paying for two chambers instead of one large one.

0.9Ω mesh in the middle of the range

At 0.9Ω the element sits between the cool, tight end of the range and the sub-ohm end. It warms faster than a 1.2Ω grid and draws less current than a 0.6Ω one, which matters when the cell is 600mAh.

Mesh spreads the heat across a surface rather than a point, so the draw stays consistent as the supply falls. On a device with 56ml to work through, that consistency is doing most of the work.
