Age Policy
UseeVape sells vaping products to adults only. This page explains the age requirement, how we verify it, and what we expect from business customers who resell our products.
Adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to order. Where the law of your country sets a higher age, that higher age applies. Orders that fail age verification are cancelled and refunded.
1. Age requirement
The minimum age to purchase from UseeVape is 18 years. Across the markets we serve, the legal age for buying vaping products is 18 in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Australia, and 20 in Japan. We apply the higher of 18 and the legal age in the destination country. If you are below that age, do not use this site.
2. How we verify age
- Self-declaration at entry: an age gate confirms you are an adult before the shop loads.
- Checkout confirmation: you confirm your date of birth and that you are the legal purchaser.
- Payment and address checks: inconsistencies between billing data and order data can trigger a manual review.
- Document check: for high-value or flagged orders we may ask for a redacted ID showing your date of birth.
- Delivery check: the carrier may require an adult signature or an ID check at the door.
We keep only the result of the check and the minimum data needed to demonstrate compliance. See the Privacy Policy for retention periods.
3. If verification fails
If we cannot confirm that you meet the age requirement, we pause the order and contact you by email; if verification is not completed within 48 hours we cancel and refund the order in full; and we refuse future orders from the same account where verification was deliberately falsified. Providing false age information is a breach of our Terms of Service.
4. Delivery to an adult
Age-restricted parcels must be handed to an adult at the delivery address. If nobody of legal age is available, the carrier will not leave the parcel and will either retry or return it to us. Where a parcel is returned because the recipient could not prove their age, we refund the product value less the outbound shipping cost and any carrier return fee.
5. Rules for resellers
Business customers must verify the age of every end customer before completing a sale, train staff on the age requirement and keep a written procedure, display the age notice at the point of sale and on their own website, never sell to anyone below the legal age in their market, and keep records sufficient to demonstrate compliance if inspected. We may stop supplying an account where we have reasonable grounds to believe these obligations are not met.
6. Marketing restrictions
We do not direct advertising at minors. Our marketing does not use imagery, language, influencers or placements likely to appeal to people below the legal age, and we do not advertise on platforms whose audience is predominantly underage. Affiliates and partners are bound by the same rule.
